海外先進教育研究実践支援（旧 在外研究員）とは

• 海外先進教育研究実践支援 from 文部科学省
  「海外先進教育研究実践支援」は、我が国の高等教育の国際的通用性・共通性の 向上を図るため、大学等の教職員を海外の教育研究機関等に派遣し、高等教育の 国際的通用性・共通性の向上を図る優れた取組みを選定し財政支援を行うことで、 高等教育改革を一層促進させることを目的としています。

  Q1-2 昨年度まで実施されていた在外研究員制度とのちがいは何ですか？

  A. これまでの「在外研究員制度」が、教員個人の教育研究能力を向上 させるためのものであったのに対し、「海外先進教育実践支援プログラム」 は大学等のビジョンを基に教職員を海外の教育研究機関等に派遣し、 大学等の教育の改善に資する取組を支援するものであり、個人研究に 対する支援であるか大学としての取組に対する支援であるかという点に 違いがあります。

高専の中期計画・中期目標

III 国民に対して提供するサービスその他の業務の質の向上に関する事項
1 教育に関する目標, (3)優れた教員の確保
公募制などにより博士の学位を有する者や民間企業で実績をあげた者など 優れた教育力を有する人材を教員として採用するとともに、採用校以外の 教育機関などにおいても勤務経験を積むことができるように多様な人事交流を 図る。
また、ファカルティ・ディベロップメントなどの研修の組織的な実施や 優秀な教員の表彰を始め、国内外の大学等で研究に専念する機会や 国際学会に参加する機会を設けるなど、教員の教育力の継続的な 向上に努める。

3 社会との連携や国際交流に関する目標
安全面に十分な配慮をしつつ、 教員や学生の国際交流への積極的な取組みを推進する。

文部科学省の制度や外部資金を活用して、中期目標の期間中に、300名の 教員に長期短期を問わず国内外の大学等で研究・研修する機会を 設けるとともに、教員の国際学会への参加を促進する。
